Established
in February, 1991, the WEEKDAYS Restaurant and Conference Center is
operated by students in the Hospitality and Food Services Program
at GASC. In addition to learning how to prepare and present culinary
creations, students learn about managerial skills, cash transactions,
inventory control, purchasing procedures, teamwork and customer service.
GASC offers the following food service venues to the general public:

Monday - Friday
7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
 Special Saturday
and Sunday events are also welcome. The
