THE GASC
TECHNOLOGY CENTER
The GASC is owned and operated by Flint Community Schools. Classrooms cover more than 150,000 square feet of space, plus an additional 14,000 square feet of experiential learning opportunities at the Base Camp Challenge Center. A staff of approximately 50 teachers combined with support staff provide technically relevant instruction to help meet the future career needs of more than 2,400 juniors and seniors annually.

Important Student Parking Notice:
This year, we are in our final phase of our Student Parking Lot Renovation and it is anticipated that it will not be completed until the end of October. Due to the parking lot construction, students will not be permitted to drive until the construction is completed. Students must ride the bus or they may be dropped off by a parent/guardian.
We are asking for your support and cooperation in this matter. If you have any questions regarding the parking, please contact our Student Relations/Safety Manager, Mr. Cleophas Newton at 760-1444, ext. 164, or our Transportation Liaison, Mr. Sam Brown at ext. 141.

GASC Enrollment Completion
All GASC students and parents for the 2010 - 2011 school year must complete the following to finalize enrollment:
Review the Internet Use Agreement (pdf).
Review the FERPA (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) (pdf) information
Sign and return the Admit to Class - Parent Signature Form (pdf) included in the letter you received in the mail, to your GASC instructor on the first day of class.
